节能车行驶路况智能检测系统研发

Design of Fuel-Efficient Racing Car Road Detecting System

摘要 为了从整车控制角度辅助改善车辆的节能问题,减少车辆在行驶过程因操作不当而损失的燃油,突破目前车辆经济性能改造集中的发动机特性研究,轻量化改造以及新能源汽车的局限,设计并研发了一种针对典型低坐姿、轻量化、小排量节能车的行驶路况智能检测系统。其提供给驾驶员车辆行驶状态信息以辅助其在行车过程中根据不同的路况进行操作。该系统以AT-mega16单片机为核心控制器,利用传感器检测发动机及底盘特定参数,提供车辆行驶坡度等数据的显示,并通过前后影像系统改善了低坐姿下的驾驶视野。试验结果表明,所研发的节能车行驶路况智能检测系统具有良好的鲁棒性,并能够有效降低误操作75%,间接降低了油耗11.4%。 With the aim of ameliorating the automotive energy efficiency, methods are researched via the angle of vehicle control out of the classic topics like Engine characteristics research, Lightweight transformation and green car. A road condition smart detection system (RCS- DS) is researched and designed specifically for Low sitting position, lightweight,low output volume type of Eco-car. With RCSDS, drivers take actions more accurately and precisely with the information supplied. The system is based on ATmegal6 MCU ,using sensors detecting several parameters from the chassis, along with cameras at the front and the back improving the drivers'view with a low sitting position. According to the experiment, RCSDS has good robustness in different conditions, which can reduce misoperation by 75%, indirectly lowering the fuel consumption by 11.4%.
