摘要
β-淀粉样蛋白(beta-amyloid protein,Aβ)的产生和清除失衡,导致其在脑内异常聚集,是引发神经退行性疾病如阿尔兹海默病(alzheimer's disease,AD)的关键因素之一。目前研究还发现,全身麻醉药也可以通过增加脑组织中Aβ的表达,引起认知功能障碍。本文将对Aβ的产生、Aβ损害神经功能的具体机制及治疗Aβ神经毒性药物的最新研究进展进行综述。
The imbalance of beta-amyloid protein generation and clearance which leads to abnormal accumulation in the brain has been regarded as one of the main causes of neurodegenerative disease such as Alzheimer' s disease. Recent researches had also found that general anesthetics can cause cognitive dysfunction through increased Aβ expression. In this paper, the production of Aβ, the specific mechanism of its damage on neuronal function and latest therapeutic drugs designed to treat Aβ neurotoxieity are reviewed.
