摘要
大型汽轮发电机定子机座中弹簧板与机座、定子铁芯的连接结构比较复杂,若按实际结构进行有限元建模和计算,工作量非常大,不太现实。为了提高工作效率,需要对弹簧板结构进行必要的等效。文中针对弹簧板复杂结构的计算问题,提出了一种大型汽轮发电机定子弹簧板等效弹性模量计算的新方法,建立了弹簧板等效模型,确定了弹簧板的等效弹性模量,从而最终达到快速计算的目的。依据日本东芝公司提供的定子铁芯垂向位移试验数据,通过有限元计算验证了弹簧板等效的合理性。
The connection structure of spring plate with stator frame and stator core in the stator frame of large turbogenerator is very complex, in case finite element modeling and calculation according to actual structure, the workload would be very big and im- practical. In order to improve the work efficiency, necessary equivalent for the structure of the spring plate should be performed. To solve the complex structure calculation problem of the spring plate, a new method to for equivalent elastic modulus calculation of the stator spring plate in large turbogenerator is proposed, the equivalent model of spring plate is established, and the equivalent elastic modulus of the spring plate is determined so as to achieve the purpose of fast calculation. According to the vertical displacement test data of stator core provided by Japanese Toshiba Company, the rationality of spring plate equivalence is verified through finite element analysis.
