摘要
心力衰竭是各种心脏疾病的终末阶段,研究心力衰竭的发生机制对该病的防治极其重要。心肌舒缩功能与肌浆网钙泵(SERCA2a)的活性密切相关,SERCA2a活性主要由受磷蛋白(PLB)调控,
