摘要
子宫肌瘤是女性生殖系统最常见的肿瘤,手术仍然是治疗子宫肌瘤的主要手段。经阴道手术治疗子宫肌瘤包括阴式子宫切除术与阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术,相对于开腹手术及腹腔镜手术各有其优势及局限性。充分评估病情,正确选择手术指征,避免手术损伤是保证医疗安全的必要条件。
myoma of uterus is the most common tumor of the female genitalia systems. Surgery is the principal method to treat myoma , transvaginal therapy include transvaginal hysterectomy and transvaginal myomectomy. To compare with abdominal and laparoscopie operations, transvaginal operations have advantage and limitations. Sufficient evaluation and make correct choice about operation, it is the necessary avoid injury conditions to avoid injurg and ensure medical treatment safe.
