摘要
目前,金属材料的化学成分及结构状态常采用光谱仪进行分析。电感耦合等离子体光谱分析仪是20世纪60年代发展起来的一种新型分析仪简述了电感耦合等离子光谱分析仪的工作原理,以及在使用中易发生的故障及其排除步骤。
At present, chemical composition and structure condition of metallic materials are commonly analyzed by using spectrometer. The inductively coupled plasma(ICP) is a new type of analyzer developed in the 1960s. The operating principle and the troubles easy to occur and their elimination were briefly described for the inductively coupled plasma.
