摘要 渗碳淬火齿轮的应用较为广泛,但齿轮在渗碳淬火中产生畸变也是一种普遍现象。引起齿轮热处理畸变的原因是多方面的,如材质、齿轮几何形状、冷热加工工艺等。针对这些原因,并结合生产实践,提出了减小渗碳淬火齿轮畸变的一些措施。对于不可避免畸变的齿轮,可通过预留机加工余量的方法来补偿齿轮的畸变。 Carburized and hardened gears have been extensively applied. However, the distortion of gear produced during carburizing and subsequent hardening is difficult to avoid. The distortion of gear originates from many-side causes, such as raw material quality, gear geometry, cold and hot working processes, etc. In view of the above- mentioned facts and in combination with production practice, a number of measures to reduce the distortion of gear due to carburizing and hardening were put forward. For the gears the distortion of which cannot be avoided, their distortion may be compensated by the reserved machining allowance.
