异戊橡胶在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究异戊橡胶(IR)替代天然橡胶对胶料各项性能的影响,以分析其在全钢载重子午线轮胎中的应用情况。结果表明:随着IR用量的增大,混炼时能量消耗减小,胶料的加工性能变优、自粘性增大;胶料的门尼焦烧时间变化不大,硫化速度和MH呈减小趋势;硫化胶的强伸性能呈下降趋势、动态性能变差、生热增大、磨耗性能提高,老化后胶料物理性能明显降低、磨耗性能下降;当IR用量大于30份时,胶料的综合性能下降明显。 The effect of using isoprene rubber to replace natural rubber on the properties of rubber compound was investigated,in order to analyze the application of isoprene rubber in truck and bus radial tire.The results showed that,as the addition level of isoprene rubber increased,the energy consumption in mixing,the curing rate and MH of rubber compound decreased,the processibility and tackiness improved,the Mooney scorch time changed little,the tensile properties and dynamic properties of vulcanizate decreased,the heat build-up was higher and the wear resistance was better.After heat aging test,the physical properties and wear resistance decreased.When the addition level of isoprene rubber was more than 30 phr,the comprehensive properties decreased significantly.
