拉森钢板桩围堰在海河春意桥水中墩施工中的应用 被引量:25

摘要 天津海河春意桥主桥跨径布置为57.5m+85m+57.5m,上部结构采用钢箱梁结构形式,主桥水中墩承台基坑开挖深度在水面以下12.5m,采用拉森钢板桩围堰的基坑支护形式施工。施工中将带锁口的拉森钢板桩打入承台基坑四周的河床,钢板桩之间通过锁口互相咬合,形成1个封闭的能够有效阻止水流渗透的长方形围堰,同时在围堰内加设3道内支撑,之后在封闭的围堰内进行基坑的抽水及开挖。 The span arrangement of main bridge of the Chunyi Bridge over Haihe River in Tianjin is 57.5 m+85 m+57.5 m.The superstructure of the bridge is the steel box girder structure.The excavating depth of foundation pits for construction of the pile caps of the main bridge in-water piers is 12.5 m below the water and the foundation pits are supported and protected by the Larssen piling cofferdams with locks,which were driven into the riverbed around the foundation pits.The pilings were interlocked each other to form a rectangular closed cofferdam that could effectively stop water from coming in.In addition,three internal bracings were arranged inside the cofferdam and then the water inside the cofferdam was pumped out and the foundation pit was excavated there.
