摘要
为解决华庆区块油井水平井单井产量低、长裸眼井段安全快速钻进等技术难题。为此,分析了油溶封堵和成膜隔离等油层保护原理,自主研发了油层封堵剂及优选成膜油层保护剂并复配形成复合油层保护剂,通过正交实验优选其材料形成了油井水平井钻井(完井)液体系配方。对油井水平井钻井(完井)液体系滤饼封堵、岩心伤害、泥岩抑制、润滑减阻、加重悬浮及抗温等性能进行了室内评价:滤纸滤饼清水滤失量小于1ml,且岩心滤饼封堵率接近100%;动、静态岩心伤害率平均值小于10%;抑制剂KP-A的加量为0.3%~0.4%,泥岩一次、二次回收率超过50%;在60N、120N侧向力,润滑剂G303-WYR浓度为2%的条件下,动态润滑仪DA-Ⅱ扭矩和摩擦系数降低率都高于22%;密度提至1.18g/cm3,90℃热滚,钻井液体系性能仍然很稳定。在现场应用50多口井,单井试油产量提高20%,最大井径扩大率小于15%,钻进及下套管过程中没有出现遇阻、遇卡等复杂情况,平均钻井周期控制在25d以内、机械钻速近10m/h。
The basic principle of protecting oil-reservoir on plugging dissolved by oil and film separating was discussed,the compound agent protecting oil-reservoir was made with the combination between the reservoir blocking agent researched or developed independently and one filming shielding effect agent optimized,and the formula of YJSPJ-1 drilling/completing fluid system was formed through the orthogonal experiment to resolve the technological difficulties like low yield of horizontal well,drilling safely and quickly in long open hole in the Huaqing area.YJSPJ-1 drilling/completing fluid system was tested indoors in the plugging of cake,core damage,inhibitive,lubrication or drag reduction,suspension,stability(at the 90℃) etc.The test results showed that the fluid loss through the cake on paper was less than 1ml,the rate of plugging of cake on the core was close to 100%,the average rate of static and dynamic core damage were both less than 10%.First or second recovery rates of clay were both more than 50% at 0.3%-0.4% inhibitor KP-A and under the condition of concentration up to 2% of lubricant G303-WYR,the reducing rate of torque and the friction coefficient were both more than 22% by DA.The properties of YJSPJ-1 drilling/completing fluid were kept stable while its density was increased to 1.18 g/cm3 after hot roll at the 90℃ and 16 hours.The application results in over 50 wells showed that the per-well production was increased by 20%,the enlarged rate of hole diameter was less than 15% and average drilling period was controlled less than 25 days,the ROP was up to 10 m/h.
