摘要
以硬脂酸和乙二醇为原料合成硬脂酸乙二醇酯润滑剂,采用傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)对其结构进行表征。研究所合成的润滑剂对剑麻纤维(SF)和聚乙烯(PE)复合材料的熔融流动性能、力学性能、热性能等的影响。结果表明:成功合成了硬脂酸乙二醇酯润滑剂;加入所合成的润滑剂后,SF/PE复合材料的熔融流动性得到显著改善,力学性能和热稳定性能也有不同程度的提高。
Stearic acid glycol ester lubricant agent was synthesized by stearic acid and ethylene glycol. Its structure was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The effect of the processing lubricants melt liquidity, mechanical properties and thermal properties of the SF/PE composites were also investigated. The results showed that the stearic acid glycol ester lubricant was successful synthesized, melt liquidity of the SF/PE composites improved dramatically after adding lubricate agent, mechanical properties and thermal stability performance also had different degrees of improvement.
