摘要
水泥沥青砂浆(CA砂浆)是高速铁路板式无碴轨道的重要结构层,其疲劳性能对高速铁路的服役性能有着重要的影响。对2种不同配比的水泥沥青砂浆进行了疲劳性能试验研究,建立了CA砂浆的疲劳方程。研究表明,应力水平对CA砂浆的疲劳寿命有较大的影响,增加CA砂浆中的沥青用量可以提高其疲劳寿命。沥青含量增加时,应力水平对CA砂浆疲劳寿命的影响更为明显。不同沥青用量的CA砂浆,其固化体的微观结构不同导致了其疲劳寿命的差异。基于疲劳方程,对CA砂浆在低应力水平下的疲劳寿命进行了预测。
Cement-asphalt mortar(CA mortar) is used as an important structural layer in the ballastless track of high-speed railway.The fatigue properties have an important impact on the performance of high-speed railway service.Fatigue properties of two types of CA mortar were studied and fatigue equations were established.Results show that stress levels have a great impact on the fatigue life of the CA mortar.Increasing the amount of asphalt in the CAmortar can improve fatigue life.The stress levels of CAmortar have a markedly significant impact on the fatigue life as the amount of asphalt increases.Microstructural difference of solidified CA mortar with varing asphalt proportions leads to different fatigue lifes.Based on the fatigue equations,fatigue life of the CAmortar at low stress levels is predicted.
