摘要
针对现有公路检测点布设方法在整体优化方面的不足,提出了面向整个公路网"一次规划、分期实施"的系统布设方法框架,并对其中路段划分、布点参数的选取以及路段的相关性进行了探讨;将最优化模型与重要度排序等经验方法相结合,基于图论给出了系统布设的具体建模和求解方法以及分期方案制定的依据;最后将其运用到青岛市公路检测点的布设,给出了详细的操作流程和方案效果。研究表明,系统布设方法能够弥补经验方法以及单纯模型法的不足,适用于检测点的总体布局优化,以最少的设备获取最大信息,有利于公路网的整体规划和管理。
Based on analyzing the existing layout of detectors,a systematic layout framework of highway detectors is proposed to locate the detectors for the integrated highway network,whose principle is "full coverage layout and phased implementation".The main factors such as delimiting sections,layout parameters,as well as the correlation between sections are discussed in detail.Then combining optimization models and empirical methods,the modeling and solving approaches are presented based on graph theory.Finally,a case study of Qingdao highway is given as an application to show the layout details.The results illustrate that the systematic layout has advantages in overall optimization and obtaining maximum information with minimal equipment;therefore,it is beneficial to the general planning and management of the highway network.
