摘要 为了真实反映电磁斥力机构的运动特性,有效验证仿真模型的正确性,首先建立了基于5 000V电磁斥力机构样机的二维仿真模型。然后,分别采用压电式加速度传感器、磁栅式位移传感器以及直线位移传感器对样机的运动轨迹进行实测,通过仿真结果与几种测量结果的对比,验证了后两种测量手段的准确性与可靠性以及基于Ansoft有限元仿真软件建立的二维仿真模型的正确性。最后,高速摄像完成了对机构样机的微观动态观测,同时分析出机械件加工和安装的不精密是导致试验波形出现不同程度上翘的主要原因。 In order to obtain accurate trajectory measurement data and verify the simulation model, a two-dimension simulation model of 5 000 V ERM prototype was established. Then the piezoelectric acceleration transducer, a magnetic grating displacement transducer and linear displacement sensor were used to measure motion trajectories of the ERM prototype. Based on the comparative analysis of the results of simulation and measurement, the simulation model was proved to be accurate, and the linear and magnetic grating displacement transducers were proved to be reliable too. Finally, through the observation of ERM motion by means of high speed video, it was found that a little upwarp of measurement data is mainly caused by a lack of precision in machining and assembly.
