摘要
目的:研究阿司匹林-烟酰胺-锌络合物[1](商品名:佛立沙,WUY)抗肿瘤作用。方法:在小鼠腋皮下接种H22肿瘤细胞后,每日ig WUY 1次,连续给药9d,第10d处死小鼠,剥取瘤块称重并计算抑瘤率。结果:WUY 40mg.kg-1对小鼠H22抑制率为32.83%,与模型组比较,WUY有显著的抑制小鼠H22移植瘤的作用(P<0.05),结论:WUY对小鼠H22移植瘤有明显的抑制作用。
Objective: To investigate the antitumor effect of aspirin-niacinamide-zinc complex (WUY)on H22 hepatoma-bearing mice. Methods: By inoculating subcutaneously with the tumor cells of H22, mice were administered immediately by gavage once a day for 9 days. 24 h later, all the mice were killed to get their transplanted tumors to weigh and calculate the inhibitory rate of the tumor. Results: The rate of tumor inhibition of WUY 40 mg · kg-1 against H22 in vivo was 32. 83%. Compared with model group, WUY could obviously inhibit the growth of H22 in vivo (P〈0.05). Conclusions: WUY can obviously inhibit the growth of H22 in vivo.
