摘要
结合生态学理论,在分析图书馆咨询团队知识的生态学特征的基础上,针对图书馆咨询团队知识和知识转移生态学系统逐一剖析,进而构建了图书馆咨询团队知识转移生态学模型,指出知识个体、知识种群与知识群落间知识构成了图书馆知识链,其中个体知识转移注重咨询馆员自身知识的迁移与完善,种群知识转移强化咨询团队知识的整合与创造,而群落知识转移则关注图书馆知识应用的整体绩效。
Based on the perspective of ecology, the article points out that lbrary consulting team knowledge includes four ecological characteristics, such as distribution, dependent, dynamic, optimization, and knowledge value - added. On this basis, an ecological model of its knowledge transfer is built. In this model, knowledge chains and knowledge networks of library are formed by the interrelation among knowledge individual, knowledge group, and knowledge community. Among them, individual knowledge transfer lays emphasis on the knowledge transfer and perfection of staff themselves, group knowledge transfer focuses on the integration and creation of team knowledge, while commu- nity knowledge transfer concerns about the overall efficiency of knowledge application in library.
