摘要
目的调查本科实习护生专业自我概念和应对方式状况,并探讨应对方式对专业自我概念的影响。方法采用护理专业自我概念量表和简易应对方式量表对110名本科实习护生进行问卷调查。结果本科实习护生专业自我概念和积极应对方式得分为(2.74±0.36)分、(1.79±0.62)分,总体较为积极;多元回归分析显示,积极应对和消极应对均对护生专业自我概念有预测作用(P<0.01)。结论本科实习护生应对方式对专业自我概念有一定影响,临床教学过程中应重视培养护生积极的应对方式,提升专业思想水平。
Objective To investigate the status of professional self - concept and coping styles among undergraduate nursing interns and to analyze the in- fluences of coping styles on their professional self - concept. Method A total of 110 undergraduate nursing interns were investigated with Professional Self - Concept of Nurses Instrument and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire. Results The scores of the professional self - concept and positive coping styles among undergraduate nursing interns were (2.74 _+ O. 36) and ( 1.79 ~ O. 62 ) respectively, both at positive level. The results of multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that both the positive and the negative coping styles were all significant predictors of professional self - concept ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The coping styles of the undergraduate nursing interns can influence their professional self - concept to some extent. The clinical teaching should focus on cultivating the posi- tive coping styles of nursing students and to improve their beliefs of specialty thought.
