摘要
基于摩擦学原理,考虑热空气物性参数随温度变化的影响,建立失去润滑条件下滚动轴承摩擦功率损失计算模型。以某型直升机尾减速器传动系统滚动轴承为研究对象,通过与近似算法对比,说明该模型计算结果更为合理安全,对失去润滑条件下滚动轴承摩擦功率损失计算具有参考价值。
Based on tribology theory,considering the impact of the variation of physical parameters of hot air,the computing model of friction power loss on rolling bearing under loss of lubrication condition is established.Taking a helicopter tail reducer as research object,through the comparison of the model and approximate algorithm,the results show that the model is reasonable and reliable,and has a reference value to calculate the friction power loss on rolling bearing under loss of lubrication condition.
