摘要
对形状复杂的冲裁件压力中心的计算方法主要有解析法、图解法和合成法等,计算繁琐,工作量大。文中提出基于CATIA平台的重心分析法确定压力中心,采用该方法可大大减轻设计人员的计算工作量,节约时间。
Calculation method about the pressure center of the complex shape in puncher includes analytical method,graphic method and synthetic method,which can determine the pressure center of stamping die.But these calculation methods are very tedious.So the barycenter analysis method based on the CATIA is used to determine the pressure center.The method can reduce the calculation workload and time of designers.
