摘要
文中运用ANSYS软件建立了客车转向架构架的三维有限元模型,根据标准UIC615-4对构架施加各种载荷工况,计算了各载荷下的应力,计算表明,构架的静强度及疲劳强度均能满足要求。
The 3D finite element model of bogie frame was established by using ANSYS software.The main load cases were applied on the model according the international standard UIC 615-4.The stresses on different cases were calculated.The stress results indicated that the static strength and fatigue strength of this bogie frame could satisfy the requirements.
