腺苷及线粒体功能损伤与肺动脉高压

摘要 肺动脉高压(pulmonary arterial hypertension,PAH)的研究已有100多年历史,是引起右心功能衰竭和死亡的重要原因。目前已知其病理发展中一重要环节为慢性缺氧导致的肺动脉平滑肌细胞增殖异常。近年来研究表明,腺苷可作用于其受体调节血管平滑肌活性,而线粒体功能损伤与细胞凋亡和细胞低氧感受密切相关,提示两者在PAH发生发展中可能存在重要的调节作用。本综述旨在描述腺苷及腺苷受体与线粒体功能损伤之间的关系,及其两者在低氧肺动脉高压发生发展中的可能的分子作用机制。
