4种存放条件下两种电解水稳定性和杀菌效果的观察 被引量:12

摘要 目的观察微酸性电解水在4种存放条件下稳定性与杀菌能力的变化,并与强酸性电解水对照,为微酸性电解水的临床推广应用提供理论依据。方法在常温下,同时将微酸性电解水和强酸性电解水以敞开不避光、加盖不避光、密闭避光整瓶和密闭避光半瓶4种方式存放至7d,每日测定两种电解水的pH值、有效氯浓度,并测定两种电解水配制时及存放7d后各样本的杀菌效果。结果两种电解水在保存过程中,4种存放条件下其pH值均有所上升,有效氯浓度均有下降。两种电解水避光密闭下保存较稳定,保存7d后仍具良好的杀菌效果。敞开条件下强酸性电解水保存6d有效氯损失殆尽,不再具有杀菌力;微酸性电解水保存7d后延长作用时间仍有杀菌能力。结论微酸性电解水与强酸性电解水杀菌力相当,更安全环保,可以替代强酸性电解水在临床应用。在避光、密闭、硬质聚氯乙烯材质制成的容器内保存能较大程度地保持微酸性电解水的稳定性和杀菌效果。 Objective Tu compare the physicochemical properties and bactericidal efficacy of slightly acidic electrolyzed water(SIAEW) and electrulyzed oxidizing water(EOW) in 4 different storage conditions. Methods SIAEW and EOW were preserved in open-with light,stamped-with light,full bottle in close-dark and half bottle in close-dark at 21 to 23℃ for 7 days,respectively. The pH value and chlorine concentration of each sample were daily measured. The bactericidal efficacy was evaluated before and after preservation for 7 days. Results The pH values increased while the chlorine concentration decreased in the different preservation eunditions for both of SLAEW and EOW. The bactericidal efficacy of S1AEW and EOW were not markedly affected after 7 days preserved in close-dark condition. EOW lost 100% available chlorine without bactericidal efficacy after 6 days preserved in open conditions. SIAEW could still achieve good bactericidal efficacy preserved in open conditions for 7 days. Conclusion SIAEW demonstrates equivalent bactericidal effieacy to EOW. SIAEW ean maintain the stability and good sterilization efficacy preserved in dark and closed container made of rigid PVC material.
