摘要
目的:观察黄芪对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性及羟脯氨酸(HYP)含量的影响,以探讨其延缓衰老的机理。方法:将小鼠分为4组,分别为空白对照组、衰老模型组、黄芪低剂量组和黄芪高剂量组。除空白对照组外其余各组采用皮下连续注射D-半乳糖40天建立小鼠衰老模型,各用药组在造模同时给予相应记录剂量的药物,并测定皮肤组织中SOD、HYP的变化。结果:与空白对照组比较,衰老模型组皮肤组织中SOD活性降低(P<0.05),HYP含量减少(P<0.05);黄芪组皮肤组织中SOD活性明显增强(P<0.05),HYP含量增多(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪具有抗衰老作用。
Objective This experiment to observe the impact of Astragalus D-galactose induced aging mice superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and hydroxyproline (HYP) content,in order to investigate the mechanism of its anti-aging. Methods The mice were divided into 4 groups,respectively for normal control group, aging model group,the Astragalus low dose group,and astragalus high dose group.In addition to the normal control group,the rest of the group were treat- ed with subcutaneous continuous injection of D-galactose 40 days in order to establish mice aging model.At the same time treated groups dose of drugs given to the corresponding record in the modeling and determination of SOD,HYP changes in the skin tissue. Results Compare with the blank control group, SOD activity decreased (P〈0.05) in the skin tissue of aging model group, the HYP content decreased (〈P〈0.05).The the astragalus group skin tissue SOD activity was significantly increased (P〈0.05),the HYP content increased (P〈0.05). Conclusion Astragalus has anti-agiung ef- fects.
