摘要
用水平热型连铸法制备了外径为10mm的内直翅铜管。结果表明,通过控制凝固界面在铸型内的位置,减小铸管与铸型壁的摩擦力,热型连铸法可以制备具有复杂截面形状的内直翅铜管。热型连铸法可以实现真正意义上的连续铸造,从而消除铸件表面的周期性疤痕,得到光滑的表面,实现近净形铸造。并对内直翅铜管的形成原理和连铸过程中产生的热裂和冷隔缺陷的成因进行了分析讨论。
Internally finned copper tubes with 10mmin outer diameters were produceu by horizontal heat-ed mold continuous casting. The results show that internally finned tubes with complex profile can be produced by horizontal heated mold continuous casting process through controlling solidification inter- face location in mould wall to reduce the friction force between tubes and mould wall, realizing the prac- tical continuous casting. Meanwhile, periodic scar on tube surface can be eliminated, obtaining smooth surface and realizing near net-shape forming. Forming principle of the tubes and origination of hot crack and cold shut in the tubes during heated mold continuous casting were approached.
