摘要
以明胶为囊材,采用单凝聚法将ESE黄酮微囊化.通过正交实验室对微囊的制备工艺进行研究.经实验确定了最佳工艺条件:明胶浓度为4%,囊芯囊材比为1:2,成囊体系pH为4.0,成囊温度为50℃,体系固化剂(戊二醛)浓度为5%,此条件下所得微囊外观以及包封率,载药量皆较高.
The preparation technology of ESE microcapsules with the simple coacervation using gelatin as wall materials is discussed in this paper. The method of orthogonal design is used to study the preparation technique of ESE microcapsules. The result shows that C(gelatin) =4%,pH = 4.0, V =200 r.mi nl, T=50℃, V(pentanedial, 25%) are the best technology. Under this condition, the highest rate of production and encapsulation content could be obtained.
