摘要
采用阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)单独或与阴离子聚丙烯酰胺(APAM)、非离子聚丙烯酰胺(NPAM)复合对废纸造纸废水处理污泥进行调质,通过测定比阻以评估调质效果。结果表明:CPAM用于造纸污泥调质脱水时吸附架桥作用大于电中和;当与APAM或NPAM复合使用时均能节省CPAM的用量;与APAM复合时对脱水能力的改善效果要好于与NPAM复合时的,但在使用过量的情况下不利于污泥脱水,而此时使用NPAM带来的负面影响要小于使用APAM。
Cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) was used separately or together with anionic polyac- rylamide (APAM) and non-ionic polyacrylamide (NPAM) to condition the paper mill sludge. The spe- cific resistance to filtration (SRF) of the sludge was measured to evaluate the conditioning effect. The re- sults showed that adsorption and interparticle bridging played more significant roles than electrical neu- tralization in the conditioning and dewatering of the paper mill sludge by CPAM. The dosage of CPAM could be reduced when used with APAM or NPAM. APAM was better than NPAM in improving the dewa- terability of sludge, but dosages which exceeded the optimum dose produced an adverse effect on the de- waterability. The adverse effect of NPAM was smaller than that of APAM.
