摘要
针对网状滚筒式机采籽棉残膜分离机的分离室内滚筒两侧进入籽棉以及分离室滚筒下方壁面结构不合理,导致存在籽棉堵塞的现象,通过利用Fluent流场分析软件对分离室内的流线趋势进行了研究,并根据分析结果对分离室内滚筒两侧结构和分离室壁面结构进行了优化。
This paper focused on the problem of seed cotton jam in mesh roller-type cotton and film remnant separator which caused by the unreasonable structure of the sides of separation chamber indoor roller cotton and wall below roller,Through the analysis of the flow field and the fluent researching trend of separation chamber indoor streamline,the side structure of indoor roller and wall structure of separation chamber were optimized which based on the results of analysis.
