摘要
科学施肥是植物高产优质重要手段。通过盆栽模拟试验,研究不同施肥方式(施用无机肥料、有机肥料,以及无机肥料和有机肥料配合施用)对拉巴豆生长、结瘤、生理以及光合特性的影响。结果表明:拉巴豆在F0.5M0.5(50%有机肥+50%无机肥)和F0.75M0.25(25%有机肥+75%无机肥)施肥配比下生长最好,比F(纯施无机肥)分别增产19.46%和16.49%;根瘤数量和质量随着有机肥施用比例增加而提高。施肥后拉巴豆的硝酸还原酶、根系活力、叶绿素含量均高于对照。不同施肥处理拉巴豆光合特性的日变化规律基本一致,没有明显的午休现象,净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、CO2利用效率、光能利用效率日变化,呈典型的"单峰"曲线,峰值均出现在10:30左右。但不同施肥对拉巴豆光合能力有影响,全天来看,F0.5M0.5的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、CO2利用效率和光能利用效率均最高,CK和F较低。不同施肥处理拉巴豆的胞间二氧化碳浓度和气孔限制值没有显著差异(p<0.05)。
Scientific application of fertilizers is an important means to improve plant's yield and quality.Dolichos lablab L was an legume forage with high-yield and good feeding quality.Six treatments of chemical fertilizer combined with organic manure(CK,F,F0.75M0.25,F0.5M0.5,F0.25M0.75,M) were used to investigate the influence of fertilizer treatments on growth,nodulation,physiology and photosynthesis of Dolichos lablab L.The results showed that better growth,yield and quality of Dolichos lablab L in F0.5M0.5 and F0.75M0.25,followed by F and F0.5M0.5,and then was M,CK was worst.Compared with F,the yield of F0.5M0.5 and F0.75M0.25 increased 19.46% and 16.49% respectively.Inoculated rhizobia,F and CK formed fewer nodules(19,26 No./basin) and lower nodule weight(1.56,0.58g/basin).However,nodule number and nodule weight were increased with the manure proportion increased,.Organic fertilizer proportion increased from 25% to 100%,nodule number changed from 54 to 109 No./basin,nodule weight changed from 3.13 to 3.90 g/basin.Fertilization could improve the nitrate reductase activity,root activity,Photosynthetic pigment of Dolichos Lablab L.The diurnal variation of photosynthetic characteristics of Dolichos Lablab L.under different fertilization were basically the same.There was no obvious phenomenon lunch break.The diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance,CO2 use efficiency,light use efficiency appeared typical "single peak" and curve peak were around 10:30.However,different fertilization could influence the photosynthetic capacity of Dolichos Lablab L.All-day point of view,the net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance,CO2 use efficiency,energy use efficiency in F0.5M0.5 were the highest,CK and F were lower.Intercellular carbon dioxide concentration and stomatal limitation values of Dolichos Lablab L.under different fertilization were not significantly different(p〈0.05).
