摘要
在高校党的基层组织中开展"创先争优"活动,是加强党的基层组织建设和深入落实科学发展观的重要推手。这一活动的开展,也迫切需要创新基层党组织的工作方式和方法。以西南某高校为例对高校"创先争优"活动进行实证调查研究,研究结果表明:党支部在开展"创先争优"活动中存在着思想认识不到位、活动和单位中心工作脱节、工作方式方法单一等问题,需要从工作方式上创新学习理论机制和思想政治工作方式,同时从方法上要进一步发挥专业优势,做到服务群众常态化,另外还要充分利用好网络信息平台。
It is the major force behind of strengthening the party＇s grassroots organizations and thoroughly implementing the scientific concept of development to carried out ＂Chuangxianzhengyou＂ Activities in the party＇s grass-roots organizations of the college. This activity is an urgent need for innovative ways and means of the work of grass-roots party organizations. The research results as an example of Southwest Jiaotong University show that there are many problems in the party branch＇s work, such as ideological misunderstanding, disconnection between activities and the center work of unit, work methods single etc. Ways and methods of working need for innovative, such as innovating theoretical study mechanism and the way of ideological and political work, playing professional advantages to serve the masses normalization and making good use of network information platform.
