摘要
研究微网与电网协调运行模式,利用微网的能量管理功能消除单个DG的随机性,从整体上表现出微网的可控性。提出了一种基于互动电网的含多微网电力系统的调度模式。考虑微网电源与负荷的双重外特性,建立了微网与电网联合调度模型。并在此基础上,针对微网"源荷"均随机的特点,建立了微网互动协调运行机会约束模型,通过微网与DG、用户以及其他协议微网间的互动协调,消纳间歇性DG的出力不确定性。算例结果显示,在互动协调运行模式下微网参与调度表现出了良好的经济性和灵活性。该方法可为实现微网与电网协调运行提供建议。
Microgrid and grid co-operation model is researched. Randomness of individual DG is eliminated utilizing the microgrid EMS, which reveals the controllability of microgrid in general. A power system dispatching mode with multiple microgrid based on interactive grid is proposed. A joint dispatching model of microgrid and power grid is built considering the external characteristic of microgrid as a source and a load, based on which an interactive coordinative operation chance constrained model is built considering the characteristic of randomness with microgrid source and load. The uncertainties of intermittent DG's output are removed by the interactive coordination between the microgrid and DG users or other microgrids. The simulation result shows a good economy and flexibility of microgrid scheduling. This method can be used for coordinated operation of microgrid and grid.
