摘要
横河CS3000系统在现场操作中,用户通常会从操作的安全方面考虑,要求依据不同的工艺装置、工艺步骤来划分操作监视的范围和具体的操作权限,要求不同岗位之间的操作监视完全独立;或者关于生产中的一些重要仪表、重要参数只允许个别人员可以操作,以达到安全生产的目的。这样的安全策略的实施可以减少因为操作失误而带来的安全隐患。
During the site operation of CS3000 control system, the operator always require to divide the scope of operating and monitoring and detail operating authority to ask for completely independence among different working positions according different process device and procedure on security consideration. For the purpose of safety production, some important instrumentation and important parameters only be allowed to operate by individual workers. The security policies can be reduced because of the wrong operation of the safety hidden trouble, in order to ensure the production of safe operation.
