智能压实过程控制系统在水利水电工程中的试验性应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 在贵州黔中水利枢纽工程大坝施工中引入智能压实过程控制系统进行试验性地应用研究。结果证明:智能压实过程控制系统能对铺料厚度、碾压遍数、压实度均匀性等施工参数实现实时、全过程地记录和分析;本系统现场采集的试验数据和实际检测数据具有良好的相关性。因此,该系统不仅为本工程碾压施工质量实现全过程控制提供有效的依据和技术手段,也为同类水利水电工程实现全过程质量控制进行了有益的探索。 Based on the experimental research on application of intelligent compacting process control system to the construction of Qianzhong Water Control Project in Guizhou Province, it is demonstrated that the control system can realize the record and analysis on the real-time construction parameters such as thickness of placing-material, number of rolling passes, compaction uniformity, etc. throughout the whole process. The research shows that a better correlation is there between the data collected in site from the control system and the in situ testing data. Therefore, the control system not only provides an effective basis and relevant technical means for realizing the whole-process quality control on the construction of the roiling compaction of this project, but also makes a beneficial ex- ploration for adopting new technology to realize the whole process quality control of the construction of the project concerned.
