摘要
洪江水电厂3#灯泡贯流式水轮机自2003年9月份投产以来就一直存在出力不足的状况,经济损失较大。为此,从理论上分析了该水轮机出力和效率的主要影响因素,确定了3#、5#和6#水轮机导叶和桨叶叶型、间距的现场测试方案。测试研究结果表明,3#和6#水轮机的导叶和桨叶叶型分别基本一致,在各桨叶转角下3#水轮机的桨叶间隔平均值普遍小于5#水轮机的相应间距值。
Since the commissioning in Sept. 2003, the No. 3 bulb tubular turbine in Hongjiang Hydropower Plant has all along operated under an operation condition of output deficiency, and then the economic loss is larger. Therefore, the main factors of the impacts on the output and efficiency of the turbine are theoretically analyzed herein. Furthermore, a scheme of the in-situ testing on the shapes and spaces of the guide vanes and runner blades of the No. 3, No. 5 and No. 6 turbines therein is determined. The testing result shows that the shapes of the guide vanes and runner blades of the No. 3 turbine and No. 6 are basically the same re- spectively, however, mean value of the spaces in between all the runner blades of the No. 3 turbine under their twist angles is generally less than those corresponding spaces of the No. 5 turbine.
