Progression on the clinical significance of positive thyroid auto-antibody in normal people

摘要 甲状腺自身抗体是诊断甲状腺疾病,尤其是自身免疫性甲状腺疾病的重要的检查项目。但是甲状腺自身抗体阳性也常见一些无甲状腺相关疾病且甲状腺激素正常的人群。本文就近年来对甲状腺自身抗体的研究,对正常人群甲状腺抗体阳性临床意义的研究进展加以综述。 Thyroid auto-antibody is an important inspection to diagnose thyroid diseases, especially auto- antibody ones. However, positive thyroid auto-antibody may be diagnosed in groups with no thyroid diseases and with normal thyroid hormone. This article makes a brief summary of the progression on the clinical significance of normal people＇s positive thyroid auto-antibody based on the studies of thyroid auto-antibody in recent years.
