摘要
自西方现代体育逐渐传入中国后,我国学校体育教育史上先后出现过诸多体育思想。这些体育思想之间在逻辑上有着较为紧密的关系,并具有相对身心二元对立特征。改革开放以来,我国学校体育思想的发展出现了多元化趋势。新时期,《中共中央国务院关于深化教育改革,全面推进素质教育的决定》明确了学校教育要树立健康第一的指导思想。文章结合学校体育思想演进过程对健康第一思想的时代内涵进行了解析,研究认为,"移动学习"将成为学校体育与终身体育相结合的桥梁,是课程的有益补充与延伸,是实现终身体育的有效途径。
Since the introduction of western P.E into our country, there have emerged several schools of ideology in our P.E, which are closely associated with each other. They all make a difference between the physical health and the mental one. Since the opening to the outside world, our P.E ideology has been undergoing a multiple change. In the new era, the ideology of "Health first" has been well-established. This article makes an analysis of the contemporary meaning of "Health First" in P.E, and points out that M-Learning will bridge the school physical education and lifelong physical education integration, which is an effective way to realize the lifelong education.
