摘要
以狭叶薰衣草作为原料,用树脂吸附提取薰衣草色素.结果表明:HPD-450树脂对薰衣草色素的吸附效果最好,用体积分数为65%乙醇作洗脱剂,可得优质天然红色素;且HPD-450树脂稳定性良好,使用8次后,其吸附能力无明显减弱.
Taking Lavender angustifolia as raw material, the pigment was extracted by resin technique. The results showed that HPD -450 had the best performance of absorbing the pigment, and the best eluant was 65% ethanol. After being used 8 times, the absorption ability of HPD -450 was very stable without obvious decrease.
