摘要 目的:探讨吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱法测定水源水中8种氯代烃的分析方法。方法:水源水中的被测物经吹扫捕集富集,解吸后用气相色谱-质谱法测定。通过目标组分的质谱图和保留时间与标准物质对照定性,选择特征离子定量。结果:样品加标回收率为91%~118%,相对标准偏差为1.19%~4.69%,检出限为0.026μg/L~0.163μg/L。结论:实验结果表明,该方法操作简便、灵敏度高、结果准确,可以满足水源水中8种氯代烃的测定。 Objective:To investigate the purge-and-trap/ gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of 8 chlorinated hydrocarbons in source water.Methods: Target organic pollutants in source water were collected by purge and trap,then analyzed using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The qualitation was accomplished with use of the target component spectra and their retention time,and the quantitation was accomplished by use of characteristic ions.Results: The recoveries were 91%~118% with the relative standard deviation of 1.19% ~4.69%,the detection limit was 0.026 μg/L^0.163 μg/L.Conclusion: The method is easy,sensitive,accurate,which can be used for determination of 8 chlorinated hydrocarbons in water samples.
