摘要
目的:建立石墨炉原子吸收光谱法直接测定胶囊中铬的方法。方法:胶囊用热的1%硝酸分散,稀释后直接进样测定。结果:本法结果与国家药典方法比较无显著性差异,而且操作简单,污染少,重复性好,最低检出限为1.7×10-11g,当胶囊中铬含量为2 mg/kg时,重复测定相对标准偏差小于10%,平均回收率为95%~108%。结论:本方法适合于胶囊中铬的测定。
Objective:To establish a method for detection of chromium in capsule by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.Methods: Capsule was dispersed by hot 1% nitric acid,then the sample solution was diluted and chromium was directly determined.Results: There was no significant difference between the results obtained with this method and those with the national pharmacopoeia method,and the method was simple with less pollution,good repeatability,and the detection limit of 1.7 × 10-11 g.When chromium content in the capsule was 2 mg/kg,the relative standard deviations were less than10%,with recoveries of 95% to 108%.Conclusion: This method is suitable for the determination of chromium in the capsule.
