摘要
目的:研究评价脉冲式均质器在食品微生物检测前处理上的效果。方法:通过对微生物的杀灭影响试验,并与国家标准方法中的拍打法、搅拌法进行比对试验。结果:脉冲振荡处理样品稀释液不会对微生物造成杀灭作用。经F检验,除蜜饯类脉冲法P﹤0.05,结果偏高外,其他类食品P﹥0.05,三法无显著性差异。本法重复性满足实验要求。结论:脉冲式均质器均质效果良好,方便实用,可以广泛应用于食品微生物检测中,能改善传统前处理的某些不足之处,提高检测的准确率。
Objective:To study and evaluate the effect of pulsed homogenizer in pretreatment of food microbiological detection.Methods: The germicidal effect test was carried out and compared with the national tapping and stirring method.Results: No germicidal effect was observed when the sample dilution was treated using pulsed homogenizer.By F test,there was no significant difference among the three methods,except that the result of preserved fruits using pulsed homogenizer was higher(P0.05).The reproducibility of this method can meet the experiment requirement.Conclusion: Pulsed homogenizer can be used in pretreatment of food microbiological detection,since it can present a good homogenizing effect,which is convenient and practical.Moreover,it can overcome some shortcomings of conventional pretreatment methods to improve detection accuracy.
