摘要
爆破吹扫法通常应用于大直径管道或拐弯多、支线多、脏物不易清除的管道。介绍了爆破吹扫原理:将管道的一端用低强度爆破片封堵,采用压缩机对管道进行充气升压,当压力达到一定程度时,爆破片破裂,管内杂质被高速喷出的气流带出。详细阐述了爆破吹扫施工安全要求,并介绍了爆破吹扫技术工艺特点及工艺流程。将该技术应用于国内某天然气站内管道,实践证明:站内管道爆破吹扫时,气体向外的流速可达100m/s以上,不但管内杂物能被清除干净,而且可以扫除管道拐角处的石块。
Blasting purge is usually applied in large-diameter pipeline or with the impurities not easily to be cleaned due to many turns and more branches.This paper introduces the principle of bursting purge,and the working steps are that a low-strength rupture disk is put at one end of pipeline,and gas is filled into the pipeline with a compressor to increase the pressure,when the pressure reach at certain value,the rupture disk breaks,and the impurities in the pipeline is carrying out along high-speed ejected gas flow.The paper describes the safety requirement of bursting purge construction and introduces the technological characteristics and technological process of bursting purge technology.This technology has already been used in the pipeline in a gas station,and the practice proves that the flow rate of gas in pipeline in station can reach more than 100 m/s when carrying out bursting purge,the impurities inside the pipeline,even the stones blocking at pipeline corner,will be cleaned off.
