摘要
目的:研究滇姜花(Hedychium yunnanense Gangep.)的萜类成分。方法:采用柱色谱法,从滇姜花根茎中分离倍半萜成分,根据化合物的光谱数据鉴定结构。结果:从滇姜花根茎中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为:γ-cadinene(1),δ-cadinene(2),α-muurolene(3),epicubenol(4),橙花叔醇(5),oplo-panone(6)。结论:所有6个化合物均为首次从该植物分离得到。
Objective: To study terpenoids from the rhizomes of Hedychium yunnanense Gangep.. Meth ods : Sesquiterpenois were isolated from the rhizomes of H. yunnanense, with column chromatography methods, and the sesquiterpenoids were identified on the basis of spectral methods. Results : Six known compounds, including r -cadinene (1), δ- cadinene (2),α- muurolene (3), epicubenol (4), nerolidol (5) and oplopanone (6). Conclusion: Six compounds were isolated from H. yunnanense for the first time.
