摘要
介绍了用Q345B合金钢管取代45钢管生产汽车起重机液压油缸缸筒的试验验证情况。通过理论分析与试验,对该材料的力学性能、焊接性能与45钢管进行了对比;并使用该材料制造出批量产品,安装到汽车起重机上进行工况试验。验证结果表明,采用Q345B合金钢管替代45钢管生产汽车起重机的支腿液压油缸缸筒,完全能够满足汽车起重机的使用要求,它使液压油缸的焊接缺陷降低50%以上,提高了缸筒的断后伸长率,保证了缸筒的韧性,减小了缸筒发生脆性断裂的危险,从而使液压油缸的安全可靠性得到大幅提升。
Described here is how relevant testing activities are made to verify the substitution of the Q345B alloy steel tube for the 45 steel tube to manufacture the hydraulic cylinder casing for the crane truck. With rele- vant theoretic analysis and tests, the Q345B steel is compared with the 45 steel in terms of mechanical property and weldability. And the former is also used to produce casings in lots which then, are mounted to crane trucks for the work condition test. The verification result demonstrates that the material can fully meet the requirements for crane truck service. Using the Q345B alloy steel instead of the 45 steel to make the hydraulic cylinder casing of the crane truck's supporting leg will bring about such advantages as reduction of the cylinder's welding defect rate by over 50%, increase of the elongation after fracture, assurance of the casing's toughness, and less risk of its brittle fracture so as to get the safety reliability of the hydraulic cylinder enhanced significantly.
