摘要
本研究简单介绍了早期前景理论产生背景，主要内容以及改进的累积前景理论，前景理论应用发展。最后，介绍了国内外研究者对前景理论的批评和我国前景理论研究现状的不足，以期完善。
This study introduces the early prospect theory background, main content and improved the cumulative prospect theory, prospect theory application development. At last, introduces the domestic and abroad study on prospect theory criticism and China prospect theory research is insufficient, in order to perfect.
