摘要
当前,我国各省市区都在大力发展低碳产业,但在发展过程中,普遍存在着重复建设、盲目建设等问题。常州低碳经济示范区在低碳产业集聚发展的过程中,采取以纯低碳理念为发展目标、重点引进低碳产业高新企业、低碳产业核心竞争力以产业高新化为主、以低碳生活为理念规划园区布局及主动与科研院所联姻等措施,走出了一条低碳产业发展的成功之路,也为我国其他地区低碳产业的集聚发展提供了成功的经验和借鉴。
Nowadays, the low-carbon industry is greatly developed in cities and provinces in our country, but repeated and unchecked constructions and other questions are generally existing during the process of development. Changzhou Low-carbon Economic Demonstration Zone highlights the pure low-carbon industry agglomeration, focuses on the introduction of low carbon industry leading enterprises, builds up low-carbon industry＇ s core competitiveness in high-tech based, plans and designs industrial parks with low carbon conception, initiatively cooperates with the research institutes and so on, which has successfully explored a way of low-carbon industrial development and also provided a successful model for other regions in low-carbon industry agglomeration.
