Synthesis of Sr_(1-x)Eu_xMoO_4 Powders by Co-precipitation Method and Their Luminescent Properties

摘要 以Na2MoO4溶液为沉淀剂,采用共沉淀法制备了前驱体,在空气中经850~950℃煅烧,合成了Sr1-xEuxMoO4粉体。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、荧光光谱仪对样品的结构、形貌及发光性能进行了表征。探讨了其合成工艺条件,确定了最佳烧结温度850℃,烧结时间为3 h,并确定了当x=0.30时样品的相对发光亮度达到最大值。红色荧光粉的激发峰分别位于394,464 nm,发射光谱中在591 nm和617 nm处有很强的发射峰,其中最强发射峰位于617 nm左右,与Eu3+的5D0→7F2跃迁对应,可用于LED,提高其显色指数。 The precursors were prepared via a co-precipitation method using Na2MoO4 solution as the precipitator.Powders were obtained by calcining the precursors at 850~950 ℃ in air atmosphere.X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM) and fluorescence spectrum were used to characterize the structure and luminescent property of the samples.The synthesis condition of the powders was discussed.The optimum reaction temperature and sintering time were 850 ℃ and 3 h respectively.The relative intensity of the sample reached a maximum when x was 0.30.The results show that three dominant bands locate at 394,464 nm.The emission spectra exhibit the most intense emission at 591 nm and 617 nm,especially the later which is corresponding to the 5D0→7F2 transition of the Eu3+.They will be used for LED to improve their color rendering index.
