摘要
葛根素具有很好的临床应用价值,但是其较低的生物利用度限制其临床应用。笔者通过检索近年来的相关文献,综述了提高葛根素生物利用度方面的研究进展,从添加助溶剂、运用新剂型、结构修饰和复方配伍等方面介绍了提高葛根素生物利用度的可行方法。
Pueraria has very low bioavailability,which makes it can not be widely used in clinical treatment.To solve this problem,this article collects literatures about improving the bioavailability of puerarin,reviews the recent progress of study on pueraria.Some popular methods are introduced in this article,including usage of hydrotropy agent,new dosage form,structural modification and compound compatibility.
