应用多种供热技术措施改善空气质量浅析

摘要 发展区域采暖和集中供热,热源泵、工业余热等多种技术措施,取代分散、小型工业锅炉供热,提高热电比重,减少污染物的产生,可逐步解决冬季采暖所带来的环境污染问题,并通过制定和落实严格的环境空气质量和大气污染物的排放标准,改善环境空气质量,为大气污染防治,实现新环境空气质量达标及节能减排工作,起到了积极保障和促进作用。 The development of various heating technologies, including regional heating and central heating, heat pump and industrial waste heat, will replace the dispersive and small industrial boiler heating system in a bid to enhaneethermoelectric proportion, reduce pollutants generation and solve the environmental pollution problems causedby winter heating gradually. Through formulation and implementation of strict environmental air quality rules and atmospheric pollutant emission standards, the air quality will be improved and atmospheric pollution will be prevented so as tomeet the new environmental air quality standards and energy saving and emission reduction.
