摘要
介绍了航天产品研制过程中的常用泄漏检测方法。按照检漏的原理,将航天产品泄漏检测方法归纳为氦质谱检漏法、压力变化检漏法和原工质检漏法三大类,每一大类根据测量系统结构的不同又分为若干小类。详细介绍了每种泄漏检测方法的测量原理,以及在航天产品中的应用。未来航天产品泄漏检测技术的发展趋势,是不同密封结构检漏技术、极小漏率检漏技术和原工质泄露检测技术等。
The article introduces normal fine leak test method used fabrication process of spaceflight production. Basing on different detection principles, spaceflight production leak test method of can be divided into three methods: helium mass spectrometer, pressure change and original media leak test method. Basing on different measurement system, above three leak test method can be divided into several small kinds. Measurement principles and application instances of every kinds of leak test method can be analyzed in detail. Finally, development directions and study emphases of spaceflight production leak test method in the future are introduced.
