摘要
目前,对于多支承卧式容器的支座弯矩和支座反作用力的求解,均先将卧式容器简化成等效超静定的连续梁,然后采用材料力学中的三弯矩方程进行计算,求解出支座弯矩和反作用力。根据多支承问题的特点,采用SMSolver软件编制有限元计算程序,可快速准确地对各种型式的多支承卧式容器支座弯矩及支座反作用力进行计算,并可给对卧式容器的支承应力进行校核。
Nowadays, horizontal vessels are simplified as equivalent statically indeterminate continuous beams to calculate the bearing moments and bearing reaction force of the multi-supporting horizontal vessel. Then three moment equation of material mechanics is adopted to calculate the bearing moments and reaction force. Based on the characteristics of multi-supporting, SM Solver software is used to make the finite element program, which can calculate quickly and accurately and check supporting force of horizontal vessel.
