加味桂枝茯苓颗粒对大鼠前列腺增生组织血管新生及bFGF表达的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察加味桂枝茯苓颗粒对大鼠前列腺增生组织血管新生及碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)的影响。方法:采用SD大鼠去势后皮下注射丙酸睾丸酮法复制BPH模型,分别给予生理盐水(B组)、非那雄胺(C组)和加味桂枝茯苓颗粒(D组)悬液灌胃,30日后处死大鼠,摘取前列腺,测量前列腺体积、计算前列腺指数(PI)、检测前列腺微血管密度(MVD)和前列腺组织中bFGF表达情况。结果:与正常组比较,对照组大鼠前列腺体积、重量、指数均明显增大(P<0.01),前列腺组织MVD和bFGF表达水平明显增高(P<0.01);与B组比较,C组前列腺的重量、体积、MVD计数、bFGF表达参数明显降低(P<0.01),而D组大鼠前列腺重量、体积、前列腺指数、MVD计数及bFGF表达参数五项均明显降低(P<0.01);镜下结构显示,与B组相比,C组和D组均有不同程度的改善。结论:加味桂枝茯苓颗粒能缩小前列腺体积,对BPH有一定的治疗作用,其作用机制可能与抑制bFGF的表达有关。 Objective:To observe the effect of Modified Granule of Gui-zhi Fu-ling on rat prostatic hyperplasia tissue angiogenesis and basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF). Methods:After castrated, SD rats accepted subcuta- neous injection of propionic-acid-testosterone to copy BPH models. At the same time they were given to suspension lavage of Finasteride and Modified Granule of Gui-zhi Fu-ling. After 30 days the rats were executed for selecting prostate to measure their volume, calculating their prostate index (PI) and detecting their microvessel density (MVD) and the expression of bFGF. Results : Contrasted with in normal group the prostate volume, weight and in- dex in control group were increased markedly ( P 〈 0. 01 ), and MVD and the expression of bFGF increased markedly too (P 〈 0. 01 ). Contrasted with in group D and group B, the prostate weight, volume, MVD and the ex- pression of bFGF in group C were decreased remarkably (P 〈 0. O1 ) ,but in group D they were all decreased sig- nificantly (P 〈0. 01 ). Under microscope and contrasted with in group B ,the structures in group C and D were im- proved in different degree. Conclusion:Modified Granule of Gui-zhi Fu-ling can reduce prostate volume and treat hyperplasia of prostate gland to some degree. The mechanism of action may be related to inhibiting the expression af hFC.F
